Tomadi Residence - Split

everything was fantastic, we recommend it. we had a relaxing stay here for trip, thank you. new-fashioned and really modern rooms, loved that. the neighborhood was really quiet. there was an excellent restaurant on the way.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great, this was our fabulous stay and we would happily recommend it.

The staff was superfriendly from check-in to check-out. It had an excellent and perfect setting short walk to old town and Marjan park as well as beaches and town centre. Everything was perfect, I had relaxing stay, see u next time.

The stay was fantastic and the host was enjoyable, offering amenities like an iron, ironing board, work desk, and TV, along with a very friendly staff.

This place was a fantastic spot for exploring around, we loved it and appreciated the owner giving us all the necessary information, plus it's just a short stroll from Konoba Fetivi.

The location here is amazing, just a short walk to the old town and a lovely park, and the host really made my stay fantastic.

I stayed at the beautiful and comfortable Tomadi Residence for a few days and it was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the balcony was romantic, and the little kitchen corner was practical. The washing machine with washing capsules was a great bonus during my travels. The property was super clean and well equipped for remote work, including wifi and a kitchenette. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the palace and the park with a great view. Antonija, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I can't wait to come back in the summer.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a comprehensive guidebook of suggestions. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-furnished, with all necessary amenities provided. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center and nearby amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toiletries and a convenient washing machine. The small outside area was perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening. The free parking nearby was a bonus. We had a fantastic stay overall!

We had a great Easter break at this hotel! The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, with a romantic balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet part of the city but still within a short walk to the center. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen corner, which allowed us to prepare our meals. The host was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for activities and supermarkets.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The shower entrance was very narrow and difficult to maneuver, which could be problematic for guests with mobility issues.

She even provided me with a map and gave me great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The apartment itself was cute and compact, perfect for a single person like me. I highly recommend this residence for a solo traveler looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Split.

While the apartment had everything I needed, the bathroom was a bit small and lacked a window, a little damp. The balcony faced a parking area, a slight disappointment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem! the studio apartment had everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with extras like coffee, washing up equipment, detergent for the washing machine, and plenty of toilet rolls. the host was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the historical center and with easy access to the beautiful park Marjun. the balcony was a delightful spot for enjoying meals and the facilities were perfect for a couple like us. Highly recommended!
